1）Special Air Courier：A service for sending items which cannot be sent through the post office or by general courier
from Japan to overseas. By sending the item to the World Cross Shinjuku office, we will ship them on the clients behalf.

Examples : Home Electric Appliance Products, Machinery, Furniture, Automobiles, Motorcycle Parts, Food Products, PC,
Laptop Computers, Etc.

2）Repair Service Agency for Japanese Home Electric Appliances : For Japanese appliances that cannot be repaired
while overseas, if these are sent to the World Cross Shinjuku office, we will contact the manufacturer, and after the product has been repaired, send it back.

*We will provide information about the agency and repair costs after the product has been received.
